Switched from Directv to sudenlink...paid a to get out of remaining contract because suddenlink offered a DISCOUNTED YEAR at the rate of $70.00+tax per month for VIP triple package...the first bill rec'd was $133.19 - a $10.00 credit...said we needed to prove we "left" Directv...hand carried proof to their office...Next bill was $72.59, so all was good..we added a $8.00 movie channel quoted abt $85.00 per month incl tax...This month received a bill for $115.53 ...do the math...also says no contract month to month...don't believe that..so sad we changed as they say"because we got such a discount, we are not month to month...but under contract...by the way we rec'd NO contract...I'm confused how about you !!!

Reason of review: Pricing issue.

Monetary Loss: $600.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.

Suddenlink Cons: Confusion with my account, Tv converter boxes are required.
