ok i called on a monday about freqent disconnects..the only help tech support gives is the standard "huh well turn off your modem for 15 secs then turn it back on" wow!! and the old "were working on equipment in the area" so after 2 days of still crappy service they finally plan to send someone out to my house...or so i thought. i just get a phone call from the actual tech that does the installations in my area saying that once again theyve been working on things but its all fixed...not! anyway to make a long story shorter...its been a week and after all there supposed fixes not only is my internet still disconnecting every 10 mins...my cable reception is screwed now also and now i have to wait until the weekend is over after theyve had a week to take care of it..yet i geuss im still supposed to pay my 105 dollars a month for basic cable and crappy internet 35b2493

suddenlink tried to pin the prior tenant's bill on my son. They said that he agreed to take over someone else's bill. They failed to provide the date this occurred, and failed to provide dates of service. They didn't know who said or did what when, but they knew that my son was an easy target to pin someone else's bill on. I disconnected all my services with suddenlink after ten years of service.

i would like to know why you guys waited until the season premiers started before u decided to upgrade. why didnt u do it over the summer when there was nothing but reruns on. now I will miss the only two shows i watch because i work nights and i wont be able to record. I hate sudden link. Cox was much better. i called but no one was able to tell me how long it would take when i could star recorded what kind of crap is that. THANKS SO MUCH FOR MAKING ME MISS HOUSE AND NCIS THAT IVE WAITED ALL SUMMER TO SEE YOU GUYS ARE SO SMART.
