Suddenlink - $10 late fees and $1 paper bill fees !!!!!!1 Thats over 20% of my bill !!
Two days late and get hit with outrageous fees. I pay $45 a month and they slap a $10 late fee.
And it was because they moved up my billing date. What a scam. AND THE AGENT SAID IT WAS A MANDATE FROM CORPORATE THEY WILL NEVER WAIVE THE FEES !!!!! Not only that, there was no one to escalate to, they had to "submit a form" to a supervisor and would take 24-72 hours to get back to me!
Ridiculous I have been with them for two years and they still treat people this way.
Sounds like a company who is having financial troubles... Lucky ATT is in town with higher speeds.
Reason of review: Problems with payment.
Monetary Loss: $50.
Preferred solution: Price reduction.

I just had THIS SAME ISSUE!!! I was told there were no supervisors onsite to take my call.
How is that possible? I too was told there was NO ONE that would be able to waive the late fee.The rep I spoke with claims she filled out the "form" and(when I asked about a Case ID) told me there was no reference number she could provide me with.
Why even call yourself "Customer Service"? The reps are just secretaries.
