Suddenlink selling 15 Mbps service even tho they cant obtain the advertised speed
15 mbps? Been this way for a year and customer service said they have no estimated date to fix the issue. Was told that there was to many customers and not enough bandwidth. I don't think that they care to fix the problem. They know there are no other options for...

I'm a Suddenlink internet customer in central Louisiana. I pay $55 monthly for 30 mbps download and 2.0 upload.

I usually get 32+ down and between 2-3 up. They have me connected to a splitter because the tap has only 4 outlets and 6 customers on it.

They have been saying they are going to change the tap out for over 2 years but i'm happy with it like it is.The field Tech says i will get more once the tap is changed and i'm connected directly. I do not live near the city (30+ miles to town).

Removed Channels Review

You took away the channels my family & i wath on a daily basis, without even telling us. You guys are about to lose all your business & customers because of your cheapness. If you dont give the channels back, my family & i are switching to dish.

not only does my internet have an unnecessary amount of issues you out a data cap on it without notifying me but im not done yet, I know you lied about this whole channel dropping dilemma. I pay you for those channels and now they're gone, plus your new channels are a joke I hope. so please get it together because I do like your simplicity and most of my experience is fantastic, but when you guys mess up you really mess up... so im switching and all I can say is I recommend others to do so as well.

Suddenlink - Lied about install charges!!

I scheduled an install over the phone after I was offered a better deal than I had with dish. Took off of work to be there and last question I asked was "Will I need to pay anything at time of installation?". NOPE..I was told since I was switching from Dish just fax a copy of my bill, which I did. Dish was cancelled..took off work..service man shows up and says I owe $185 before install!! I call and I'm told "that's the right" and the guy says nothing else. NO HELP AT ALL! SO MAD!

Suddenlink - Cant even watch NickJr online

Not only did Sudden link get rid of channels that my daughter watches whose three but they are now apparently telling us what we can now watch online. I looked up nickjr thinking oh she can watch it online for now, *** no that don't even work either. you guys need to learn to do business the correct way rather then the easy way out because its cheaper for you. Please your costumers not yourselves. Also your internet is freaken slow as all ***, it lags way to much specially if more then one person is on the internet at a time.

We should all cancel suddenlink and go to direct tv there cheaper and they have all the shows plus good internet

I agree with you a 100% there selfish company, who only thinks of the cheapest way to make money for them selves. When to be all honesty half if not more are families and kids that watch these channels. They will lose every last one of them.

My children and I watch all the nick channels. I watched BET and sometimes MTV and CMT. They took the only channels that were the money and the net has been giving me tge blues. I have to use my cell to watch anything I may be interested in. SUDDENLINK give us back our freedom.
