Internet out

Internet was out and tried rebooting. Still didn't work so tried chatting with suddenlink but no avail. Tried calling but can't get someone to answer. After 3 tries, still no help. Finally have up. Suddenlink support is a laugh! If I had options in my area, I would switch! Also pricing increased and when I called about that it was a hassle.

Issues with my bill

I had a miscommunication with the sells rep. I was unable to complete my install until one can out. I could not do the self install because the proper wire wasn't connected. I was charged for service when I wasn't receiving it. I have been credited on my account. Great customer service rep.

Frustrated

Not fixed yet.

Not fixed at this time. I had an overdue balance and my service was stopped sometime during the night I paid the entire balance before 7 AM today. I still do not have internet service.

I had zero balance on May and now they tell me that I owe them over six hundred dollars for June which is impossible. I have called numerous times and there is no way to get connected to an agent

Pick up equipment including top of roof
