Suddenlink - Stupid people in technical support

My TiVo quit working and i spent hours on the phone with two people and got no results. They wanted me to wait days to get an appt. meaning no tv for days. I finally called a third time and the awesome woman had me fixed in a matter of minutes. Don’t need to tell you how high my frustration was by then.

Supervisor power trip at Suddenlink

I contacted Suddenlink again to try and get them to listen to my complaints. I am convinced that they are trained to buy time, wear you out and do as they like. I am disgusted that this company gets away with the practices they have. It’s seems there is no mediator service available. Anyone have suggestions regarding a way to get to a live company representative?
