No internet service or cable x 1 week

After multiple calls to get back online that were unsuccessful, I finally made an appt for a technician to come out on Monday Sept 13 during the hours of 8-10. I waited until 9:45am and then called to see where my technician was. I was told that there was an outage in my area that required fixing and my appt was moved to 2-4 pm. (An inconvenient time for me) At this point, I hadnt had services for 6 days. No one called to let me know my appt was changed and the next available appt was Friday Sept 17 5-8pm (another inconvenient time)!

User's recommendation: Use Vontronix instead on Amazon fire stick.

Bill mistake

Overcharged and poor service in my opinion. Bad customer service and snotty customer representatives

Suddenlink which is owned by public corporation Altice. ATUS on the stock exchange has a real scam going.

They have my credit card and did not take a final payment for service. Instead they turned it over to collection and added on equipment the new owners of our home...

Customer service

sudden link is the worst internet provider in the history of the internet their customer service is the worst it is beyond the worst whatever is worse than the worst that is them times ten. You would be better off using the pony express

Harassment

Suddenlink is THE WORST business ever I dealt with during my entire, long enough, life. I wanted to cancel my services with them. During the cancelation over the phone, they harassed me by asking many questions that were not their business and telling me that they would not cancel my service if I did not answer all of them. It took me half an hour when I finally could cancel their service, no surprise why they are scoring so low.

User's recommendation: Try to avoid Suddenlink-Altice. Make yourself a favor; google about them first.

My bill is higher than it's supposed to be and I have never received my 200$ promo

They are charging me for one of their modems but I haved used my own from day one and they offered me a 200$ promo to give me a $200 credit card and never received it

Trying to get a hold of customer service amd I can not get a hold of no one,it just sends me straight to a automated system.

Every time I try to call to talk to customer service about disconnecting my service, all it does is send me to an automated system..And then they wonder why they have poor service, and this is every time I try to call customer service.. I absolutely HATE suddenlink, idk why they are still in business.Angry

Rate Jump of $25/month

Rates are regularly rising but I am paying almost $200/month for 150 MBs service. Suddenlink is a poster child for the modern American State-Corpocratic complex that is destroying American.

Scheduling

Failure of Technician to call. Twice. In two days. He lied on his report that we were not home, even though my wife took the day off work to be home and never even saw a suddenlink truck drive by the house. Technicians "...are not obligated to call..." which resulted in the Technicians failuretp properly do what was requested. Ever N

Interruption of service

The local water company accidentally cut the Suddenlink line on or about April18 I promptly called Suddenlink to let them know and was told they set up a service call a week later the service tech came out confirmed the line was cut and I was told a work order was lined up to fix it. In May I called back another service tech came a left same answer, same results, June same thing, July same thing, and in August a different service tech came said that they were going to finally fix it the following week. Its now Sept and Suddenlink is still billing me for service and rent on equipment

Trying to get service transferred to new house

Trying for 5 days to get bundled service transferred to new home. Two service installers came to house and couldnt connect us because the cable wasnt connected to cable box at front of house.

Billing

I recently got on a chat site wth Suddenlink and got no satisfaction. I cancelled my service on June 8th and they insist on charging me for service until July 28th.

I was told there was nothing they could do because the account was closed. I told them I was not paying and the problem was with their rep who did not do as i asked in June.

I called and cancelled Suddenlink service on June 8th. I don't know what happened but I keep getting bills. I paid thru the billing cycle ending on June 26th but I keep getting billed for further service. I explained to your rep that we are not at our home for the summer but I was told a Suddenlink rep was there this week to get the equipment. We won't be back home around the end of Sept.You can get your can get your gear then.
