Suddenlink - Lying and promising stuff they dont own up to

I called three different times in the last 8 months custumer serves say unlimited is only in big city and they can charger over $1000 for internet for the ruraul areas.Then they wont help at all for *** when there rep say youll have it ect ect.

Suddenlink TV boxes

Suddenlink has been escalating their prices for cable and WiFi. I recently ask one of their service personnel and I asked about this problem and he said that Suddenlink was fixing to change the TV boxes and cable so they can detect when customers are disconnecting the cable and keeping the Local Channels and WiFi only to connect the Firestick, Apple boxes to view free movies.
