Poor coustomer service

contacted suddenlink about disconnecting my internet service in stead they disconnected my cable TV now i can get suddendlink to reconnect my cable tv but they are still charging me for the service. i been with suddenlink for 26 years

over the last 72 hours the internet has not been working than it has been and even before this it has been horrible. awful company that needs to be out of business.

User's recommendation: stay away at all costs and i’m sorry if you’re in one of the many places they hold a monopoly over.

I CALLED ABOUT MY INTERNET NOT WORKING THE TECH CAN OUT SAID THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG BUT IT STARTED WORKING WHEN HE WAS THERE SO THWY CHARGE ME FOR THE SERVICE CALL THANKS SUDDENLINK GREAT SERVICE

User's recommendation: DO NOT USE THIS INTERNET PROVIDER THERE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AND VERY EXPENSIVE SERVICE IS NOT WORTH THE EXPENSE.

Cannot reach customer service

I purchased my own tivo but am using suddenlink's cablecard. I have tried for days to get help because the tv stations do not show up. I have paid for a tech to come out and he says he cannot fix the problem because it has to be resolved in the office. When I call to reach someone in tech support I am forced to go through a 15 minute forced routine to fix the problem, which never works.

User's recommendation: Do not go to their office and get a cable card. Have a technician come to your house with a cable card already set up. This has been infuriating and time consuming. I will change to another provider at the earliest possible moment after it is available.

Service and the wires left behind.

I called and talked to someone who gave me an appointment for them to come get the wires out of the yard the cables are just hanging. I never showed up that was last Tuesday's from 10 to 8 that were supposed to be there. still need someone to come help us fix the wires they left !

They charged a unauthorized card for service terminated months ago double charged f for rental equipment and for unreturned equipment in the same charged.

I set up an auto pay account. I checked yesterday to verify and was told it would take 3 months for it to take effect and I needed to pay this month's bill. I tried , but the worker talked so much it confused me, she refused to let me talk to a supervisor.

Service issue

For the 2nd time this week I am unable to get local channels 28 &;;;;; 29, it also happened a couple of months ago. On Tuesday of this week Suddenlink sent a tech here to check my equipment and it was perfect, signal was strong and everything in working order. He called someone and his superior said it was a "Broadcasting Issue ". After he left I walked 500 yards or less and they were receiving both channels, caught them in a lie. No internet

I really am offended yo be addressed as a pissed customer. I feel more like an abused customer. Having to wait 5 hours on line holding is totally unacceptable. The phone system is a waste and the chatting with robots is condescending. Everyone that has anything to do with Suddenlink hates them. HATES. Hates the way you do business. Ive been a customer a long time. And you offer 100. Plus internet and cable for 70. A month to new customers. I have right here. Came kn my mail. But I cant afford cable at 137. A month.

I made a payment but my Internet is still not connected

My 82.91 payment WAS TAKEN OUT OF MY account and your automated service says it is not received!! I have no internet! Another complaint is you have nowhere on your website to talk to a customer service representative!!! Bad for business in my opinion
