I was promised an interruption free set up of services at a commercial property. This is now day 14 of calling every day calls usually take about 1-2 hours, every day they have made a commitment to solve this issue with in 24-48 hours.

They have missed that commitment for 12 consecutive days.

This has caused a major disruption to business and has negatively impacted the profit of our small motel. I am 41 years old and this is hands down the worst customer service i have received in my life.

User's recommendation: Use a competitor, they do not value you business and if you need customer service you will likely get none.

I would like financial compensation for the damages caused to our business.

Lack of live person

I would like to speak to a Representative but it doesnt give me the option. Ive been paying for HBO Max and I never signed up for it. I would like to take it off. But Im not given the option. Its been nothing but trouble from day one. From the field tech doing a bad job on installation. His boss coming to look at the poor job and doing NOTHING about it. It took forever for them to bury our line. I still have lines hanging down around my front door and it looks terrible. Unfortunately this is the only option for internet in my area.

Praising a tech

The Tech that works at Suddenlink in Jonesboro Ar named Adam is outstanding. He is the only one that knows what he is doing. This company should be proud to have him. If anyone is interested his service number is 23145. All you have to do is call and request him and give his name and number.
