Can't get a live person today but spoke with someone on Friday,October 1,2021 and got extension until Thursday,October 7,2021 and my services are disconnected

Im angry because I never received a paper bill in the mail telling me my automatic payment didnt go through. This went on for 3 months. Now Im behind on my payment.

Cost for establish customer vs New customer

I called to cancel my cable TV and phone service with Suddenlink since it was getting VERY expensive for just basic cable. I was told that if I do that, my internet service would go up to $154.00 per month. They offer new customers $65.00 per month including the cost of modem rental and that's for unlimited and faster (1GIG) internet than I am getting. I am getting 400 Mbps.

User's recommendation: Cancel your account every year so that don't treat you like an established customer.

Cancellation of my cable and home phone service without increasing my internet cost by twice+.

Months have gone by. Dec 2020 to Sept 21, ot completed yet

Wires need replaced at phone pole. Keeps sending me tech, tech cant solve problems. Suddenlink gave me free service in Aug 21, but issue not resolved still paying 224.plus change. for low services. Have TiVo and mini TiVo I cant use, internet not at full capacity, phone service iffy. i am sick of their "I am sorry and we know how frustrating this is for u". FIX THE ISSUE! I wanted to be done of Suddenlink. Husband not liking change. I am done. I have documents, not sharing at this time.

I had lost my job when covid came and I couldnt pay the bill so the cable was turned off for non payment so now Im trying to see how it will take to get it back on

Billed for service after disconnected

Charging us for a month after service has been disconnected. Horrible service. Charged us all through a hurricane last year when we didn't even have power let alone cable service!

No internet service or cable x 1 week

After multiple calls to get back online that were unsuccessful, I finally made an appt for a technician to come out on Monday Sept 13 during the hours of 8-10. I waited until 9:45am and then called to see where my technician was. I was told that there was an outage in my area that required fixing and my appt was moved to 2-4 pm. (An inconvenient time for me) At this point, I hadnt had services for 6 days. No one called to let me know my appt was changed and the next available appt was Friday Sept 17 5-8pm (another inconvenient time)!

No service no service tech no help

Now on day 6 of intermittent to no internet. Awaiting 3rd scheduled tech visit. 1st 2 scheduled tech were both no call no reason no show. All total 9 hours wasted waiting on tech calls . 3 hours plus on phone calls or on hold. No change in internet . Working sporadically. Customer service not working at all. Monopoly service needs to stop. Contacting local state reps. Will get just as much action out of them as I have from customer service. This company is a sick joke

Suddenlink which is owned by public corporation Altice. ATUS on the stock exchange has a real scam going.

They have my credit card and did not take a final payment for service. Instead they turned it over to collection and added on equipment the new owners of our home...

sudden link is the worst internet provider in the history of the internet their customer service is the worst it is beyond the worst whatever is worse than the worst that is them times ten. You would be better off using the pony express

Harassment

Suddenlink is THE WORST business ever I dealt with during my entire, long enough, life. I wanted to cancel my services with them. During the cancelation over the phone, they harassed me by asking many questions that were not their business and telling me that they would not cancel my service if I did not answer all of them. It took me half an hour when I finally could cancel their service, no surprise why they are scoring so low.

User's recommendation: Try to avoid Suddenlink-Altice. Make yourself a favor; google about them first.
