Suddenlink has been my internet provider since 2009 and their sevice has be pretty good until recently. I have had an ongoing problem (slow page loading, constant buffering, pixelating, etc.) for over a month.
Two service calls and four trips to their local store have resulted in absolutely nothing getting done. Everyone agrees the problem is "some where in the line" and not in the house. All of the service personnel are very nice but nothing gets resolved. They just don't care.
Do not be fooled by their advertising, it's all hype and no substance. If they don't resolve the problem in the next few days I will be switching to another carrier.
