I have had nothing but problems since the first week of service. Poor installation, equipment failure, and a $1600 charge for equipment I can't return.
And now, with no store closer than 5 states away, (yes 5), they want me to pay $50 to send back the equipment. The agent wanted me to drive to Texas or Oklahoma from Idaho to return the equipment. They had a store 10 miles from where I live that today says it's open, but when I arrived there, it said on the door "office now closed, call customer service.
I've called several times this AM and as soon as they go to a supervisor, the call is lost. HMMM
No wonder there rating is one star which in my opinion is about 2 higher than it should be.
