Worst Internet service company. Wish could give less than 1 star.
They have decent internet, but their customer service is horrible. Spent hours on the phone with question on statement, couldn't get to a person, only options for paying. Finally reached a person only to get bounced to 4 different departments, no one could help and they just kept sending me back to the payment menu. In person store said they couldn't help, had to do via phone.
Finally tried online chat help which was very hard to find on website. They took 2.5 hours to say sorry too bad we're not taking off the erroneous charge. I requested a manager or further documentation and have yet to hear back. I will AVOID Suddenlink in future and encourage everyone to avoid.
If you have a problem they will not assist you.
This is not the first time I have had issues, they have never had good customer service. I will get a hotspot before I go back to them.
