Have been having trouble for over a week when I was able to finally get a hold if a live person was told to bring my box in to exchange so drove 45 minutes to the nearest store when I arrived stood in line for another 30 minutes .to get a very old box which I told the lady it looked very old and wore she told me that was all they had was old boxes drove hook up the box and now can only get one channel called customer service it could not be fixed remotely then schedule a for a time I told them would not work do your employees not know how to listen I have been a customer for almost 8 years and if I had a choice for another company I would change companies tomorrow makes two weeks with either bad service or no service at all about to go to just internet with someone else and just use my Roku and or apps it would be a lot cheaper

will recommend your company to anyone

User's recommendation: On a scale if 1 to 10 I give them a 2 find someone else if you can.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.
