I was setting up (over the phone) our initial install and negotiated for no installation fees, as they openly advertise "no installation fees" online.I was promised this, and it was agreed there would be no installation fees, so I went ahead and agreed and scheduled the install.

We have been in our new house for exactly 1 month, and we got our first bill today which shows $60 INSTALLATION FEES! What??! I call customer service and of course they show "no record" of the conversations I had about the installation fees, and say the fees are "valid".

This is terrible - of course there is nothing that I can provide other than a cell phone record of the call and my word that I was promised no installation fees.Will be looking to turn off service soon and find someone else if SuddenLink cant somehow make this right.
