GeMy bill was 112 a month consistently I added 1g service for ten dollars extra Per month, when I got my next bill its 155, I was promised it will raise my bill to 122and that adding 1g service to my plan is $10 a month, I paid my normal rate and as of now January 2nd 2021 billing has told me twice they have taken care of it and my bill still has a random 20 something dollars added and now a $10 late fee, your system is also telling me they will cut my services off soon because of the late bill which is mistake on suddenlinks end, I think they have changed my package twice withOut telling me, when I started originally with a 54.99 a month for life plan, that aside my son is attending homeschool and I really need suddenlink to fix my bill I have paid on time and been assured twice by reps this has been taken care of and my bill is back to 122, now the second month Since adding the 1g service also has a random Amount more than the last month

Preferred solution: Fix my bill.

Suddenlink Pros: Faster internet, Good internet.

Suddenlink Cons: Rude customer service, Difficulty in resolving problems.
