Our internet has been spotty for the last month and 2 days ago it stopped working all together. Supposedly a tech came by today although we were home all day and never saw anyone. Now they need to send another tech but not till November 7th!! Ridiculous!!!

Yes i contacted them. They lied about service monthly cost. Completely omitted telling me about install cost and then tried d to charge me with an upgrade fee. Returned all their equip to Georgetown tx store and they said install fee was not refundable. Not paying it. Repirting to FCC.

Recently Suddenlink has updated their service to digital. I followed their instructions to have my TV's rescan the channels. Since then I have had sound cut out and tiling issues, I gave them several days to work out the system before calling to address these issues....
