very unreliable service...all the time! Cant get anyone on the phone for help. Its not just me, its entire neighborhoods here in Whitehouse Texas.

My internet was disconnected on a Sunday by a contractor of Sudden link for not reason. We did not have internet for over a week and the it was hooked up again. They had to nerve to send us a bill for $60.00 for their own worker mistake. They seem to out of money so they not drum up business disconnected people who pay their bills. It took me over 2 2/1 hours to get an appointment to reconnect then the person could not speak English which it our language here in USA. It was a nightmare I am looking for a new company.

First off, the tech who installed my services drilled *** straight through my water pipe so I had to come out of pocket to fix that. (Mind you, I had to pay $25 for this said hole which is INSANE) I stayed on hold for hours, finally I was informed that my first month bill would be handled. Well low and behold when it came due, my services were shut off and I had to pay it anyway because they expected me to drive 2 HOURS just to see picture of water pipe. Also, there is an outage AT LEAST once a week that takes almost 2-3 days to be resolved. I’m soooo disappointed in this company. I’m paying so much a month to only have my services MAYBE work. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS *** SERVICE. and yes I meant to curse.

Suddenlink - If you are moving start trying to transfer months ahead of time

We have been trying to get our services transferred for weeks. The tech has been scheduled to come out and never shows up. We are missing days of work for nothing and have been a suddenlink customer for 19 years. However I think I am going to change since you all have better things to do than show up at your appointments. Angry

I had ezpay for years. Called to change credit card number and got no results. Was put on hold for 20 min. and ended up being 65 min. No Results!! Set up call back , No Results. I went to office, standing room only, waited and waited, No Public Restroom and had to leave. Dealing with Suddenlink is frustrating to say the least. To this day and time I have not gotten any communication from them !! Now I am past due on my account. Please, honestly, tell me how I can get in touch with Suddenlink on my first call and after and get good results.

"Corporate" promise to give me a call to review my claim but well guess what nothing.
