To Stop service

I am constantly getting texts about outages and it seems like we have more outages than internet. We installed the internet for our children's homework on chrome books. We can't ever seem to have any internet for that, so I want to cancel my service immediately. The phone call service they provide only gives me options on how to restore my service, so that customer service robot is useless. I tried several of the numbers provided on the website and they all lead to the same recording.

Scammers

I have changed cable company over three - five months. I only have internet. They have disconnected my internet saying I owe $256.00, for WHAT??? I am very upset and pissed off!!!

Terrible “customer service”. If only we had other options….

Lack of ability to talk to an actual human to get billing issue and service issue resolved.impossible to deal with.

I moved into my new home in July 2021. It took them days to turn on my service from the scheduled date. I have had constant loss of service since then. I have gone days even weeks without service. Their customer support and technicians do nothing to resolve the problem. I contact them on a regular basis with no resolution in sight.

I have tried to call every number that I can access online for Suddenlink to resolve an issue with my billing I have not been able to so therefore I give up I do not want Suddenlink I told him that a long time ago

Service disconnected because of return equipment not being recorded during Covid

I have been on the phone all morning wasting time my service has been disconnected trying to get a hold of a human is next to impossible they have me noted as not returning equipment during Covid I have returned the appointment and I still got disconnected this is very frustrating I do not have my Internet on they told me wait 30 minutes its way over 30 minutes and I still have no Internet service they told me to wait five days for my bill to be resolved ridiculous

User's recommendation: I recommend every time you go in that office you video it because their personal is very rude when I went into return my equipment I asked for a receipt and they said I didn’t need one they would get it off the serial numbers off the equipment I guess that was a lie.

Stop Calling Suddenlink - Start Calling Attorneys General

I have seen a mild investigation from an Arkansas local news station, a damming article from a Texas outlet, and countless tales of sketchy actions all regarding Suddenlink over the past few years. I believe the remedy lies in customers networking/joining together and tapping the Attorneys General from these states. Attorneys General, Dept of Commerce, FTC, FCC, join together and tap them all. Put Suddenlink on 'Tonight's Top Story' on news channels and State/Federal government agencies on the spot, to act. Jam up their phone lines with complaints instead of the Suddenlink hotline. Suddenlink is looking more like a scam or just rife with incompetence. But 50 or 100 Beth's, together, is a good start. (* Start calling AG's)

Ongoing Non resolved issues

I have been with Suddenlink since the beginning of August 2021 by the end of August I started having problems with Internet first service call was the beginning of September technician came out was supposed to have fixed the problem it is now October 17th 2021 and all I get is promises and the problems has still not been fixed also I've had three scheduled service dates and the technicians did not show up did not call did not reschedule and did not leave comments to why they didn't show up or call this is by far the poorest internet service I've ever dealt with.

Fix the problem,,,get more qualified technicians , hold technicians responsible for not showing up or not notifying customers especially after having them wait from 10am to 8pm

Have been turned over for collections

On April 23 I turned my equipment into suddenlink I also had a charge of 106 on my account that I inquired about after our conversation they said they would remove the charge. Last night I was on credit karma and they have turned me into collections. I have tried to get ahold of customer service and was sent to a website that I have to pay for

Billing Issue

Was charged 106 dollars when I turned my equipment in at the Parkersburg office I was told that the 106 would be taken care of now I have been turned into collections. Im 66 years old and have never been turned into collections for anything if this isnt taken care of I will contact Patrick Morrisy our states attorney General for WV which I know suddenlink is already in trouble with.

Why hasnt my bill been credited yet

My Internet service has been out more than it has been available I called got someone to tell me that my bill would only be $20 now instead of $70 yet they're still charging me the $70 and refuse to let me speak to a live person when I call because I will pass bill.. The service cost me a job working from home
