Suddenlink - Poor speed

Service tech tried to determine why my speed wasn’t what I was paying for. Tech determined I need the cable replaced, contractor employees came out looked around and left. Suddenlink is owned by a few companies and the techs are all contractor employees.

Suddenlink - 60 dollar charge

My box went bad so I plugged my antenna in until tech came with new box. Charged 60 dollars for tampering. I pay a fee each .month fir service calls but still charged. I called them and they will not take it off. They said I can't touch their stuff.
