Double charged because tech said he had put in a new jack but he didnt. I tried to live chat, cut off before I could finish. I want it verified that no new jack was put in and erase extra 65.00. I paid 6.99 for service charge so 65.00 shouldnt have been charged.

For 6 months I've had at least 10 techs trying to fix TV tiling issues, no signal on most channels and the internet keeps going offline. Each tech tells me something different. They say I have a great signal but it doesn't explain why I keep having issues with my service. Nobody fixes the problem. I hate att and dish network. Rock and a hard place. Please pass this on!

Technical issues every month. Bill increased every month. Paid final bill, turned in equipment, received a $2.00 credit statement then 2 months later started receiving a $23 statement. Called they said not to worry credit was being processed, today 3 mos later I get a collection notice from outside source. Worst managed major company I’ve ever had dealings with.
