I signed up for electronic billing I have never gotten a bill from suddenlink their customer service lies there is no supervisor they hang up ive gotten trough to a supervisor they said I would receive an email in 24 hours no email unless you consider ads an email after a week I called back and asked to speak to a supervisor there is no supervisor well I talked to my supervisor so they lied and said there is no supervisor I called back after a week and got you guessed it there is no supervisor its been escalated no duh it was escalated last week now its been escalated this week too yay I got a email they changed my account with out my permission to paper billing and added a $1.00 charge for conveinance I changed it back still nothing from them after 4 hours on the phone with 20 min plus wait times and 3 customer service reps hanging up so what ive been told is that they are sending my bill to a non existing email account at suddenlink .NET so 1 year and 10 months worth of my bills are being sent to a non existing account because they can sure figure out how to spam email me but not send my bill and they are an internet company they sure know how to give you a circle jerk on the automated system and not respond to customers even at the coorprate level they give a false phone number to call when you find the right number you can only enter your contacts extention number you know the number you don't have because you cant contact anybody
