I have been with Suddenlink for over 12 years using them as an ISP.12 Years with no disconnection for none payment.

My credit card was compromised and canceled by my credit card people with a new one to replace the bad one. I get no notice from suddendroplink and my internet was cut off. I cant even pay it online to get it back up. I had to call and talk to a representative.

They could take my payment over the phone for $10.00 WHAT!!!!! They even took the ability away to pay it online. I have to go into the store! Excuse me I work during you hours of operation!

REALLY!!! I asked for a $10.00 credit and they are not authorized to do that! Really you cant just put a credit on the bill? $65.00 a month for what?

Some of the worst customer service ever.

Guess its a good thing they don't allow other vendors into the area, if there was I bet there attitude toward customers would change.Suddenlink is terrible!!
