After a year and of half of service with suddenlink I started getting charged for being over my data limits. (Which was not part of my original agreement.
This is verified by the fact that prior to doing so they called to tell me I was over my data limit and if I continued to do so I would be charged for it. Why would it be necessary to call me if I had already agreed to this condition. Seconlu after having my bill go from 60 to 120.00 I figured to just pay for the new "Unlimited data plan"'at which they promptly reduced my internet speed to slow if at all.
I am so sick of Companies gauging its customers for any and every dollar that they can, legal and or otherwise. When are we as consumers going to get fed up with this.
