Been with Suddenlink for almost two yrs. Have had them out to my house several times.

The last time my service (land line ph, internet and tv) was out almost two months, on and off. Today I called customer service to have my bill adjusted which was suggested by a representive back when I was having so much trouble. This was not the first problem with the service. They wanted to adjust my bill for 7 days and the service was out for 2 months.

Last month I was charged for late fee and after contacting they agreed that we were not late and was to make adjustment on this statement, didn't happen. They were very rude and talked to me like I am white trash. The last one I talked to hung up on me. One of the ladies I talked to was very professional but could do nothing.

Had I talked to them the way they talked to me, I would be labeled racist.

I will say that the Service Techs that came to my house were very professional. Im done , will be looking for new options if you're thinking of switching, don't do it.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.
