I recently moved to the Branson, MO area. Bought a condo that I didn’t want to move my Satellite dish to so I called the local cable provider.

This was Suddenlink. When I initially called they offered me a discount for switching to their service as well as a year of Netflix. I thought the total was rather high, but I ordered tv, and internet. Didn’t need or wanted phone service.

I had my service started on Dec 20, the cable guy said I would get an email in 24 hours to start my Netflix, it never came. I have called 7 times and have been told twice now that that promotion ended before my service started and I can’t get it. I have received 4 emails for me to send my last Satellite bill so I could start my switch discount. I have responded with copies of my bill attached to an email they specified to send it to, yet there is no discount on my last bill.

Their customer service agents are rude, in helpful, will not let you speak with any supervisor.

I can’t even find how to cancel my service. This company is a rip off.
