We were billed on 5/13/17 for a service call. The tech said that when he left everything worked fine.

Now why is it that your line maintenance people had to replace a broken section of the line and a piece of equipment after this technician was out here to make out internet work? No please explain to me which one is lying to me.' Either your tech is lying because our service wasnt fixed until after his coming out OR your linemen are lying about fixing the internet and restoring to us our paid for 200 megs that we have had issues with since last year. Someone here isnt telling the truth. Since nothing was fixed until the line men fixed the broken line and replaced a faulty piece of equipment I am more inclined to believe them over your tech.

Look at our records. 8 modems swaps in a 5 month period never fixed the issue. Umpteen service calls that never fixed the issues for more than a couple hours. A lineman had to put a tap on the line to email when it failed over the weekend.

Poor guy must have had hundreds of emails. That monday 2 linemen show up to explain what they found and what they did to fix the issue. Since the service call has already been paid by auto pay (which has now been dropped) there isnt much I can do but to hit social media with the 800 plus speed tests showing your poor response to our issues, the false service charge and the final results from your linemen. I hate getting on my high horse but being 100% disabled for PTSD, I get this way really fast.
