Went weeks without reliable internet. Constantly having to reset my router constantly having to call them and having them to a reset as well.
They finally sent out a technician who said that he could find nothing wrong and let the issue unresolved. Continue having week 2 no internet connection called and told them that I was still having problems they said they would send another technician after I told them they just did they assured me I would not get charged. They sent out a technician who said the same thing. Mentioned something about doing work on the lines in the neighborhood and there was nothing I could do but wait it out.
Charge me $60 for that. I called to have the charge removed they said they would remove it for me and still have it and now tell me that the charges are just and can't tell me whyw
