Suddenlink - Horrible cable service
suddenlink, aka suckylink does just that, sucks! Was watching "The Bacheloretet" but it was commandeered by PBS's "Antiques Roadshow"...an abc channel.
"Antiques Roadshow" is on both the abc network and the public broadcast channel. How does that happen? Ask suckylink. They're the only ones who can do amazing and inexplicable screw-ups like this and, I'm sure you won't get reimbursed for it nor will they rebroadcast the show at a later time.
suckylink always suck up. This is sucking ridiculous! I never refer to suckylink as a proper noun by not capitalizing the first letter of this company because they don't deserve it--especially the piss-poor service they provide. Whenever something goes wrong, they say the will send a technician out; however, is the problem is found to be the user and not theirs, they charge you for the service call, that is IF you can connect to a human and not a humanoid.
I have an elderly parent who is familiar with their remote control but, if that wasn't the case, I would have jumped ship a year ago and gone with DirectTV.
Never had a problem speaking with a human and getting the problem resolved. It's not too late.
Reason of review: Bad quality.
