I have internet service with SuddenLink. The service is always going in and out.

The modem resets itself several times a day or just shuts off completely. I called customer service to try to get this issue resolved. I get told I might get charged $60 to have someone come out and look into the problem. Their equipment doesn't work and I have to pay for you to fix it is not acceptable!

I go ahead and set up a time from the rude customer service person, Chris and get Guaranteed the technician would be there between 8-12 or a $20 credit would be entered into my account. Well, 12:00 come and went, so I called and once again get a rude customer service person.

She tells me I can't get a credit because the technician changed the time to 12:50. Whatever you do STAY AWAY FROM SUDDENLINK!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is exactly what happened to me . I am convinced that the "Agents" are trained to be snarky.

they are unable to make any adjustments to billings. I went WEEKS without service and did not receive the correct credits. They waited weeks and into a new billing period to close my account after I cancelled. .

i refused to pay and they turned my account over to collections! I wish someone that can do something will do something by investigating their practices.
