I wish I could give them -100 review. This is the worst internet service ever!
The customer service sucks. The internet never works. They constantly go up on your bill. I was paying $83 and now went up to $101 just for internet.
If you get in now with them. You pay $70 for better service then what I have now. They wont lower my bill. The last time I had bad issues with my internet.
The customer service over the phone stated they seen an issue that they couldnt fix over the phone an recommend to have someone come out to fix it. The guy who fixed it was a total jerk and talked to me like I was stupid!. Then proceed to charge me $50 because there was nothing wrong. But the customer service rep said they found something wrong.
I don't understand why they are the only internet service here. All this company knows how to play is the game of monopoly! I dont understand why we dont have other options in BCS. I filed under the BBB
Edit: I just spent over an hr waiting to speak with retention dept to see about lowering my bill.
They ended up transferring to the wrong dept for mobile phone with atlice.
Then they couldnt even send me to the right dept. So I have to start all over!!!
User's recommendation: NOOOOOOO.
Preferred solution: New promotion with lower rate and better service offered .
Suddenlink Cons: False advertising scams, Customer service not fullfilling promises, Worst company ever.
