Given the techs that can't make my cable work, the inept phone contacts, the form letters, and that stupid machine voice that keeps saying "Lets try that again." and "If that solves your problem, hang up." You need to properly train your employees, teach them to repair what's wrong or get someone who can, and don't let them tell the customer you need to pull out the tv and get the serial number. You have now created the person who will give you a million dollars worth of bad publicity starting with tv station who are coming to film this 80 yr, old who just received a new hip. Although I have told them each time I call, my suddenlink phone number is for a medical device and I do not answer it.
