Suddenlink - I was without Internet and TV for three weeks.
I scheduled a service technician to come to the house to see about fixing the problem for Thursday, October 7, 2021 between the hours of 5-8pm. It was confirmed.
My daughter drove me to Tyler for an outpatient endoscopy at Christus Mother Frances. We had to be there at 11:00 am. Procedure finished and she drove me home. We returned at 3:10 pm.
There was a notice from technician that he came around 2:00pm, and no one was home. I knew we couldnt make it back in time if the time slot was earlier than 4:00. Thats why I chose the 5-8 slot. He left his phone number, and my daughter called him and told him that we when he arrived it was three hours earlier than appointment.
He told her his ticket said 2-5. She told him that couldnt be because we knew we couldnt make it back then. He said he was in Mt. Pleasant getting equipment, and he would be back between 5:00-6:00.
He never showed.
Another tech came Oct 14, and fixed it.
Went out same night. Finally fixed 10/19.
