I have been having problems with my internet for over 2 months now, I have called in repeatedly time and time again for them to come out, wasn't fix, the last guy came out name Brandon said he didn't understand y we are not getting are speed and where on the biggest package he said he was going call his supervisor and see what to do that he would be back that was over week again never heard nth, I have not receive my credits for my service beening out, on top of the last time Brandon came out the agent on the phone told me by Friday she would credit my account I wouldn't have to call back in tell Monday so my bill would go down to the correct amount Sunday my internet was dis account, so I had to pay extra $10 on top of everything right now I owe $130 for internet bc of pass due, trying to get my credit I am due, I have talk to 2 supervisor in billing who said they had to send it up to someone else now it's Monday still no credit, still no answer, then when u go on ur sight u can get unlimited the same I got and cable etc 99.99 really I pay $120 just for internet been a customer for 2 years, if I don't get a respond and my credit I'm cutting saddling off I'm so upset to be treated like this

Suddenlink is a scam, they do not follow up on their appointments. They do not provide the services they claim. They treat long term customers and disposable.

They have had 1 week now to fix their mistake and yet I still have no internet after my move, even though I had set up the transfer over a month in advance.
