This company is charging me $65 for a service is not worth more than $20. The service disconnect often, can't stay online.

The tech claims to be my router, witch i bought a new one still the problem persist. the company lack of interest to resolve the issue, have me thing they really don't care about their customers. I live in a military post Fort Polk, la and I have ask around if anyone else have the same problem witch have to me yes, everyone have same problem with suddenlink.

they should drop the prices if they can't provide a good service, however the company also have hidden charges they don't disclaim to the customers. This company should be investigated.

Monetary Loss: $65.

Same thing here. Tech claims the fault of the router.

Poor training.

poor tech support and overall flat out dissappointed in service and support. Highly advise you use any other company than suddenstink.

Internet does suck. You call amd the first thing they tell you is its the modem.

Well this is the modem my woman bought from them. When I asked why they used hers anyway when they were supposed to supply me with one , I couldn't get a legit amswer. So I asked for the one they should've supplied me with. Get this.

They wouldn't give me one but wanted to sell it to me. Just called again about my internet. Yeah it worked as usual but as usual it went back out again by afternoon.

We really need at&t. Let's all get a petition for internet in all areas of jonesboro, arkansas
