Suddenlink - Just bad top to bottom
Installation was fair but gave me the wrong TNC, fortunately I carried a wireless interface that day. Never got a paper bill I requested for over a year.
Worse than that though I attempted to log onto their site to pay bill. They would not allow it. I sent email, called by phone and finally got some one to investigate. The results of that was they said I was not on the list of authorized to log in.
Well since I had it installed and paid every bill until they stopped me who the *** is authorized? Since I could not log in to pay bill the discontinued service and charged huge late payment and reconnect fees. After about three months got it back on got rid of the reconnect fees but never got rid of the late fees.
Their Customer Service and billing departments are the perfect example of the worst of the kind. Avoid them if you can.
Reason of review: Problems with payment.
Monetary Loss: $500.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
