Resolved: Suddenlink - Keep sucking in money, but provide minimal customer service
I am a bad person for using a fake email address, that happens to be someone else's email address.
Actually, I apologize for writing this hate-filled tirade. I am a bad person.
I used someone else's email address to write this terrible message. I am a coward, and I hope you will forgive me.
Customer service is terrible, on the phone and definitely in the Bryan office. On Tues morning there were only two people servicing customers and a line of over 30 min of customers waiting.
I checked in and walked out twice. I called Suddenlink three times to get an issue resolved, an issue that was Suddenlink's fault.
In the third time I spoke to a menopausal hag who would not even listen to what I had to say: she kept cutting me me off. I went to Bryan, saw the line, then called again, On the forth time I was lucky, straight through to a supervisor who helped me in the way the other three people could not.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Suddenlink Cons: Paying lots for minimal customer service.
