Horrible Co. no communication,Week out apt.

times,Inside tech. answering phones have no knowledge of controls and product other than having you turn your box on and off. After waiting a week for apt.to fix VOD,the tech. left and i started to set up retaping my shows and noticed another prob.

Called SL back(of course was on hold again for 30 mins) to get tech. to come back,Rep. said they cant call SL directly as they are a third party. Scheduled another apt.

for 6 days out. What a waste of resourses ,logic would suggest that he would come back out right then.

Management needs to get it together ,but since they have a monopoly on cable services maybe they dont care because in my area they are the only provider ,so i am stuck w/this *** co. and do not like satelite , STUCK IN MONTGOMERY TX.
