our appointment was between 10AM -12 Pm. no show .

finally when i called at 12:55Pm. they inform that it is now changed from 1:15 to 2 pm. since no one ever called me,

I asked for a supervisor..they put me on hold and never transferred my call..instead transferred me to monitoring dept!! I just need to add a key fob. mind u, I was already on hold for 20 min.

this is 2018. they should be able text or call a customer when it is a no show!! very poor communication. I am here visiting from Boston to help out an 80 year old mom. totally wasted time.

Yes this is one of worst companies I’ve dealt with. Same lack of service and no follow-up call.

You spend 30-50 mins in their hold queue. I’m here from South Carolina helping my 95 yr old dad. All I needed was internet. Started the request on Dec 10.

After 3 Technician visits we finally have internet. And someone else’s phone number. It took a couple of days to realize we were not getting calls from friends, nurses as this is a holiday weekend.

How can they be so blame incompetent. I’m furious!!
