I've been calling emailing and arguing for a week straight every single day I am not happy with my service I am not happy with customer service I do not appreciate being called a liar at one point I'm not happy with the channels and the price I pay I do not have one single movie channel I notice no diffrence in my internet it's actually worse I believe I can't understand customer service employees and they apparently can't understand me I don't know what to do I can't get any help I can't seem to get anywhere it took me two days just to get the service to show up on both my tv's I've had to reset my box's way to many times for apparently no reason other then to wait 30 min each time for the stupid guide to pop back up I'm just simply aggravated and slightly angry that I can't get any help or anything I'm seriously just about to drop all my service and go ANY WHERE ELSE but suddenlink and tell all my family and friends exactly how I feel n how not to sign up for sudden link because it's not worth it at all !!!
