About 5 years ago I had Suddenlink for one month. The first and only bill was for$265.00
I called another provider, as soon as I saw the bill. One week later I had a new provider and returned the box to Suddenlink.
To get voice mail on the phone, I had to enter a code. which I was never given, Another trip to the store front office.
The TV guide had to be made by a child. There was no order to it at all.
At first there was a few ad's in the mail from the link, then reps. began to come to the house, some were not very nice. Then the link junk mail began to come more often.In one year I filed a 13 gallon garbage bag with suddenlink junk mail. I'll let you guess what I would like to do with the junk mail.
Reason of review: Not as described.
Preferred solution: stop the junk mail PLEASE.
