3 days and I'm still registering each channel individually. Why?
Xfinity was easy. Put your information in add the code and every channel was ready to go. Now suddenlink that's a different story. Poor equipment the man shows up with malfunction equipment, then has to run back to town to get more equipment.
I was his first call that day and he didn't even have the equipment In his truck. He hooked up the equipment said good luck. And left before the equipment even finished uploading. Then I fought with customer service really begins.
You get put on hold after 10 minutes the phone call ends then you can wait for a call back and listen to some person in some foreign country that you cannot understand as he tries to tell you to fix something that you paid to have hooked up and ready to watch. Finally you get made enough to tell the him to just send someone out to pickup their equipment.
User's recommendation: Run as fast and as far as you can from this company. Their lack of running a successful business is going to give you a stroke due to everyone being educated beyond their intelligence.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
