Suddenlink - The worst

I work from home and NEED my internet. It is out and i called and they will not let me talk to a person. I pay all this money for internet service and i am unable to talk to a person when there is an outage!!

We had cable installed in Dec 2016 and the picture pixelated on the TVs. The sound would go on and off and we were constantly being thrown off the internet. The TiVo wouldn’t record if the signal was weak. We called dozens of time over the last year and a half....

We have been watching channel 21 and watched it Sun noon & pm services. Watched Wed. Nite service also. We are in our80s and really enjoyed &looked forward to them. About a month ago the station got pulled from their lineup. Where can I locate jsm now?

Suddenlink - Worst company on the plsndt

They know they have no competitor so they do what they want. Bad service, they sent bill to wrong address and then cut off my service for non pay. They are the worst company on the planet.

Suddenlink - Unreliable service!

We have issues with i ternet interruption a lot. For a solid week it has been going on and off many, many times daily. We have reset the router, connevtions are fine. Tired of paying for services we cant use a lot of the time. Looking for alternative internet providet. Its getting worse insteaf of better.
