Suddenlink - Stupid people in technical support

My TiVo quit working and i spent hours on the phone with two people and got no results. They wanted me to wait days to get an appt. meaning no tv for days. I finally called a third time and the awesome woman had me fixed in a matter of minutes. Don’t need to tell you how high my frustration was by then.
