I moved my business number and internet from one suite to the suite next door. The phone number was suppossed to be brought with it. Now after 3 weeks of losing business and countless calls it still has not been remedied . How hard is it to port your number right next door. This has been a huge loss of business for me and I cant get anyone to fix it. There customer service sucks big time.

I have tried to call and contact suddenlink customer service a few times now and frankly painful is the word I'd have for the experience. My impression is they are rude, unfriendly and determining how the fastest way they can pass you off to someone else. Ask for a supervisor and they said a superviser will call you back and never do. I ordered internet service two weeks ago which of course i paid in advance for the tech came out and after 30 minutes announced that my home was not serviceable even though it already had suddenlink cable from the previous tenet upon trying to get a refund and all I got is a run around between the billing and new customer offices.
