They are clueless. I agree get so many reps that can not speak english, let alone understand it.

I am sick of begging for help when the reps do not have the clout to help, Why ask,? Suddenlink should be held accountable, but i cant even get a different company to sell to be because i am in suddenlinks footprint? What kind of crap is that. I thought we had free enterprise in the USA.

If you dont like suddenlink you should be able to go to another company.

But no one will sell because of suddenlink. Sorriest customer service i have ever seen .

Extension

I called on Friday because I was hospitalized for covid and ask for an extension til DEC 3, and they said yes but this morning I came home, and it was temporary off I told them I get my check 3rd, and I was paying 120.00, but it was off .and I am school can't do my homework. Please can they connect my service back and Friday like I told them Nov 24 I pay DEC 3 120.00i.

Service provided

I didn't order the service, they started sending me a bill, I tried to tell him that they didn't have their stuff here their service here, they keep charging me for something I don't have, I don't have Suddenlink internet service I don't have internet. I keep trying to speak with us with a service representative with no luck I need to speak with a foreigner somebody that doesn't care or somebody that's stupid I don't know which that I owe them almost $300 for something I don't have this is *** And this *** company, won't resolve the issue *** if I if I knew I would have gotten suddenly it didn't matter to me but they didn't give it to I didn't pay for it

They are charging me for a service I don't have and ruining my credit I've tried in the past to resolve this issue with no luck ...every time I call to get this fixed im speaking with a person that doesn't understand English or doesn't care or is too stupid I don't know but this is bullshit...to charge a person for a service that they don't have at all or has never ordered ... your tech is a thief and a lowlife

Internet hasn’t worked

Its been going on way to long I dont have internet this is a joke and youll call me back you havent for a week there is no customer service and Im pissed and Im reporting you to BBB and the news and blasting you on social media

Price increase

In the 8 years I have been with Suddenlink, (only internet in town), they have randomly increased my monthly charge 3 times. They haven't provided me with any better or faster service. They just want more money. My bill has gone from $50 a month to $122 starting today. However, if I were a new customer, I could get the same service for $45 a month. How is that fair?

Customer Service

I was just told that it is not the tech's responsibility to explain to me the importance on where to install the modem router. Earthlink tech was 100% more helpful and took the time to explained.

Suddenlink wants to charge to come back to relocate the modem/router. I don't want to be charged as it was not my problem that the tech didn't explain I would not be getting better connection.

Why they refused to accept fault for the problems with payments and the enormous jump in my total bill after I had been a long standing customer of over 4 plus years.

As a lot of people these days I have to partially work from home and I cant do that with no internet. I do understand outages and things needing to be upgraded but what I was asking did not get answered, when will it be fixed. When I called in I accidentally called sales the phone rang 2 times and someone answered, call for support and I get a automated response that answers nothing.
