Suddenlink - We're my bill???

We took on there package deal in July, no bill ever came too house, got a letter in December saying new bill coming, came home, cable was turned off, I called they said I owe 288'00 dollors, I never got a bill to my home, I called, they said they send Bill to home, they sent seven pages of bills with late fees, I'm not buying this at all, we are old fokes, and we can't get anyone on phone to fix it, so there boxes are still here, I guess when they call me,we can talk, at a stand still in Washington nc.

P L E A S E Take this show off the schedule, or at least the constant marathons. Good grief it is the stupidest most intelligence-insulting show ever made. There are plenty of other sit-coms with some redeeming value.

Suddenlink - Too high for elderly just to watch TV

I will be 73 and have been trying to talk with customer service regarding my bill for two years. They are charging me for a reciever to pay for movies i did not want or use and tried to teil me if i switched it out it would change the package? I never had? And my bill would be more. So i pay 89.00 a month to watch tv in my bedroom and Two digital recievers. No other services. This is ridiculous,too expensive, and i dont know what to do.

I posted last year over unexplained fees not documented in Suddenlink's rate schedule. I'm bringing you another one. Honestly I'd like short feedback here from anybody else who was just notified rates are going up again AND if you understand how much they are going up. Take a look at my first attachment now ... how much is my bill going up? $2.50? Up to $3.00? Or possibly $2.50 for infrastructure "investment" and $3.00 for stockholders??? Is all of this per service, per bundle, per address??? When I refer to my second attachment looking at the new oligopolist rates it is way higher than just $2.50, $3.00, or the combination of the two. They can't consistently service with advertised speeds and uptime what they have now and it certainly ISN'T WORTH me "investing" any more in their ponzi scheme.
