Suddenlink - Horrible Company!!!!

They gave me a $35.00 credit for No sound coming out of DVR then sent me last notice with cut off so I called and was told they decided the $35.00 was to much of a credit to give me!!! How can you getby with that????

Suddenlink - Useless

Internet is slow and the cable has the quality of a satellite during a storm. Has gotten progressively worse and when we call and complain they say it is in the lines and they know about it. Service has gotten so bad it is effecting our Suddenlink telephone service now. We are extremely irritated. This been occurring for over 8 months.
