Suddenlink TV boxes

Suddenlink has been escalating their prices for cable and WiFi. I recently ask one of their service personnel and I asked about this problem and he said that Suddenlink was fixing to change the TV boxes and cable so they can detect when customers are disconnecting the cable and keeping the Local Channels and WiFi only to connect the Firestick, Apple boxes to view free movies.

Suddenlink - Horrible customer service

My TiVo’s, 3 of them, haven’t worked since 9/20. Suddenlink requires ME to pay $60 for a tech call. I refused & canceled my cable today, however, they refuse to credit my account for the services I didn’t receive. I am livid! Since Altice bought Suddenlink their customer service has been horrible!
