Suddenlink - Over charging

I have suddenlink Internet. They raised my speed they said to 200 mbps, well l get close to 50mbps. With the 200mbps my bill went up from about $87.00 to $117.00.

*** poor service from Suddenlink

Had internet installed, installer came and put a hole in my house, chopped the wood around the hole, and dilled the home with what appeared to be Vaseline. So an even bigger idiot come out to fill out a damage complaint and take pictures, he says oh that's normal. And just leaves. Nobody ever called me back to say sorry, kiss our *** *** off or anything.

Suddenlink - WORST SERVICE FOR INTERNET

This is the worst service I've ever had. It's down every single day! But since they are the only service in my area that's available we have no choice but to use them. Paying over $100/mo and getting maybe a handful of hours of uninterrupted service is ridiculous!
