Were you able to launch this law suit? I'm in the process of changing providers now.

Suddenlink added multiple services and charges to that I did not request to my bill.

They have also contended that I'm responsible for these charges in one manner or another. Their service is horrible and customer service is worse!

We had a cable problem with suddenlink in early April with eight homes here in Flint,Texas. 5 months later, we still have cables running across our yards and street. Looks like temporary has become permanent. Of course, they don't care if it looks like crap!

My internet and phone service went out 27 August— took two weeks to reach customer service. Took another two weeks for the service man to come. He said it was a “hub” issue and would be fixed “in a couple of days “. Didn’t happen- still no service. Called on 27 September to disconnect my service . All of a sudden , I was told I would get a credit for the previous month, 1/2 off my monthly bill of $279, for two years AND they would fix the problem that day!!! (Yeah, right). Disconnected anyway, and there was no billing credit , plus I rec’d another month’s service bill, which should cover through NOVEMBER!! And I was also charged for $800 for the equipment. Never, never , never sign up with Suddenlink.

Having the same issue in Lubbock. Service was disconnected in August and they are still billng me, just recieved a bill for November.

An hour and half on the phone with customer service and three other departments, thelast one transferred me back to the department I started with. Still not going to fix the bill.
