Fraud

I called to get Suddenlink business internet . I was told at the time of the order that I would receive a 300 dollar gift card simply for signing up for the service . I waited for the card it never came . I called in this morning and they told me I didnt even have an order for a card for my account . There was nothing they would do . Fraud

Fraudulent billing after service discontinued

Current consumer fraud complaint filed with Arizona Attorney General for fraudulent billing. Research Suddenlink or Altice, before you sign up - it is a never-ending nightmare of erroneous billing. The thousands of complaints on file will tell the story.

User's recommendation: If you want to spend weeks trying to clear erroneous billing - go for it.

I've tried talking to someone for two weeks & can't get anyone that speaks clear English or no one will call u back or answer call

Can't get anyone to answer phone or call back if you request them to & also can get anyone that can speak clear English

Awful Customer Service

If I could give a zero, I would! The worse customer service ever! Very rude and disrespectful agents! Impossible to speak with a supervisor! They talk all over you while you try to get your concerns across! Definitely do not recommend! Plus they are overpriced! I dont give it any stars! Dont do it!

Tech did job way he wanted

Worst service. Only do job way they want not way 86 year old widow needs and wants her phone and life lock to be. Worst rech ever. I pray because of tech she does not need medical attention cause of suddenlink and the tech she would never get it because of the tech.

Unhappy

Well they finally did something but had the last tech come to house and he did everything the way he wanted. I have LIFE LOCK and he wanted everything in a room that is not handy to me. He moved everything to this room and said suddenlink does not repair their lines and this is the only way for me to have phone service is to do it the way he wanted it. I feel this is the way Altace and suddenlink want to do handle thing. To do it the way they wanted not the way a 86 elderly woman would want it. Who pays for service. Not happy with the last tech but what can I do when people are just trying to make money and not give service to elderly

Services suspended

I had moved and wanted my service moved too. I kept checking my online bill and there was showing no balance. So out of sight out of mind I kept checking thinking nothing of it. Then I get my service suspended and owe double my bill. Come to find out when you switch you get a whole new account number which no one told me. That is suddenlinks bad and I asked for credit for the month they left me hanging and nope. I am not impressed by the customer service installing our internet and cable, and with the suspending of my service. So much for being a loyal customer who pays their bill on time in full every month.

Complaint

My internet wasn't working for about 2 months I was told by Suddenlink customer service more than once when I called that I was not going to be charged for them to come out and fix the problem when the technician came out I asked the same thing I'm not being charged for this I was told I was not but instead the technician didn't check a box that stated that I wasn't being charged for it so I got charged a $60 service fee then when I called back I was told by two different people that there was absolutely nothing that they could do because of what the technician put on service papers and the messed up part is the problem wasn't inside my house it their equipment outside that was the problem

Just spent 2.5 hour trying to talk to a human. They don't exist. Computer just keeps running you in circles.

*** POOR customer service. No humans to talk to. Just get passed from one computer to another. I have never seen such poor service in a civilian company. I would expect that from the government.

My Cable/Internet is disconnected and I'm still being charged

Suddenlink - My Cable/Internet is disconnected and I'm still being charged
Due to an accident, over 4 yrs. ago, which left me PARALYZED from the neck down. Ever since then, I've been struggling to pay for Cable/Internet, from Suddenlink. I've inquired about how to make my costs cheaper, so that I can still afford to keep it, but, to no avail. I've been using this Provider, for many years. The costs, now, are Astronomical. The price keeps rising, but my Disability check, does not. I'm aware that I owe for 1 month. I'm still being charged for this service, and, when I called them, about it, they said that I owed them $522.73 (3 months). I've gotten 'No results' or cooperation, whatsoever. Please? HELP!!

Wifi in and out mostly out

Our Wi-Fi is constantly going on and off. I have rebooted the system and unplugged everything and still experience the problem There is no reported outage in our area. We are using phone data often. Worst internet service ever!!

My internet is down more often than it is up. Goes down several times a day---every day! Suddenlink has to know that their internet service is truly the poorest ever.
