Modem replacement called for verification and was extremely happy other than the automated phone service system that extremely SUCKS!!!!

PLEASE PLEASE FIX MY PHONE!!!!! My name is Sallie Roberts-Spouse of Kenneth Roberts P.o. Box 4 Pecks Mill, Wv 25547 (304)752-**** I WANT TO REPORT MY HOME PHONE. IT HAS SO MUCH STATIC ON MY LINE. I CANNOT HEAR PEOPLE THAT CALL ME, AND PEOPLE CANNOT HEAR ME WHEN I CALL THEM. THIS PROBLEM HAS BEEN HAPPENING SINCE TUESDAY 10-20-20. I CALLED TO REPORT IT, AND DID WHAT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE SUGGESTED ME TO DO. UNPLUG MY MODEM, LEAVE IT UNPLUGGED FOR 30 SECONDS, AND RETRY IT. I HAVE DONE THAT SEVERAL TIMES IN THE PAST WEEK, IT WILL STRAIGHTEN UP FOR A LITTLE WHILE, BUT THE NEXT DAY IT IS VERY STATICY AGAIN!!!!!!! PLEASE PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE, I NEED MY HOME PHONE TO WORK CORRECTLY!!!! THANK YOU- SALLIE ROBERTS

Billing

A $300 charge was added and after7 months its hasnt been resolved and my service has been disconnected each month for non payment and 10.00 per month has been added to my account. On top of it dinging my credit each time

Phone repair

While cleaning yesterday, I suddenly did not have phone service. Knowing that I must have knocked something loose to cause my problem, I called Suddenlink to see what could be done. The girl was very polite and helpful but told me I would need a service man to come out and check my problem. She set my service call up for this morning-not even a day later. The young man came this morning as scheduled and had my phone working very shortly. He was very professional, friendly, and had great patience with me since I was not familiar with much of my equipment. I would like to congratulate Suddenlink for having such courteous, professional people to take care of its customers. Frances Richardson

These ISP need to be regulated

I've got issues with suddenlink. Customer service is fine and polite. Suddenlink is not. They wiped my webpage - pages.suddenlink.net - with no notice. They changed my password to my suddenlink home (profile etc) AND my email, again with no notice. They want a dollar per month for paper billing. They do not offer email billing, only text or voice. No option for email notification. They expect me to log in to my suddenlink account, (enter passwords, answer security questions, wait while ads load...) just to see what I owe and when. If I fail to do this, and miss my due-date, then they will happily add a penalty to my bill. Suddenlink Sucks.Type your message here

Thank I was charged wrong.

Called suddenlink about telephone service after my telephone would not work. I talk to a tech. on line and we could not solve it. So they send a tech from Lubbock to my house. He checked it out and it was unplug from the wall. I did not know it had two plug in for the phone line. We did check and thought it was plug in. We could only see one side. Also no one messes with my hookups for my computer. I did have my grandkids kitten that weekend and they could have accidently unplug but I don't see how as it was on the side right up to the wall. The tech. wrote that it had been tampered with and therefore the charge of $60.00 Tried to tell them it was not tampered with by any of us. I pay every month $6.99 for service on my bundle. So I don't feel like I should have been charged the $60.00. Thank you. Delma Alexander @dalexander2@***.net

Tv Internet Phone Review

I'm so happy, signing with my door guy Stuart made it worthwhile. It was *** at first. Within days he had 3 technical guys out and now it's perfect. It took 3 days but I am paying a fraction of my last bill. Finally a person that cares. Service AFTER my hook up. I'd put Suddenlink up against anybody.

DANIEL GUNN is the rudest tech that I have ever had to come to my home! I got a reminder call at 4:03 pm for a 4:00-6 pm appt. He calls me at 4:07 and I told him I just got the call and my son moved out today so I apologize, my son was supposed to be there. I will be there in 5 mins. I arrived about 3 or 4 mins later and he was backed up sideways in my driveway blocking my garage. He didnt move until I opened the garage even though he clearly watched me trying to pull in. Then he rushed in and yelled where do u want this mini? When I tried to explain he wasnt understanding the words coming out of my mouth. So I said let me call the other tech because he said u can put it behind my tv. He said no Im putting it on the fireplace. The nice Tech Josh asked me to ask Daniel which mini was he going to use Daniel said abruptly I DONT KNOW, whichever one I get to first. Daniel asked to speak to Josh so I handed him my cell and Daniel asked Josh 3 times who is this? He was being sarcastic because I heard Josh all 3 times say his name so then I said his name is Josh, he rolled his eyes and said oh. Then started questioning him as to why he didn't install the mini while he was here? While Josh was explaining what happened (this is a new home and neighborhood sp the lines were not completed and my son was here. Daniel said you started an install without an adult present? We both said no my son is a 29 yr old adult. His response (while smacking his lips) was Oh. I told him he is not going to talk to me that way and shouldnt talk to his co-worker that way either. Neither of us are ignorant and I dont play those games in my home. When the phone call was over he was packing up saying I'm jist going to leave and let him come here and do it. I told him you should leave and what is your name. He rolled his eyes, succked his teeth and said Daniel. I asked for his last name and he made those same gestures and said Gunn (I guess that is really his name). Josh asked was he getting the mini and I said no he left. Josh thought that I was joking but Daniel Gunn jumped in his truck and put the petal to the metal out of my driveway..Daniel shouldnt have talked to me with an attitude or hos co-worker in rhat manner in front of me EVER! Needless to say I called in made a complaint, talked to a supervisor and the nice guy Josh is out here right now working and being nice as usual. If the tech and supervisor hadnt made this right I would not be a Suddenlink customer.

Hey sudden-link. I need your help. I want you to come to my house and help me burn this frontier ***. It'll be an honor to burn it with y'all. The Internet from frontier is worst. The servers go down and I can't even play a single game without kicking me off. When I go to download something I have .47 Mbps. I pay good money for this pile of ***. I just need your help. Suddenlink Internet Installation Review from Tyler, Texas

I was so pleased with the suddenlink service i received yesterday. The man that called me (Scott) went out of his way to get my Internet hooked up. He was headed to a meeting, yet took the time to answer all my questions. The gentlemen that came to my home ( I dont remember this name) was quick and got here in a timely matter. I would like to tell them both thanks,and i stayed up half the night watching movies!!! Thanks again Scott, they need more people like you and the service man that came!!!!

Suddenlink really is the worst company on earth! There’s an old saying that you get what you pay for……not with Suddenlink!

With SuddenStink you pay premium prices for intermittent service at best. Why don’t you rethink your protocol, mission statement and growth without quality policies! How much money do you spend on tv commercials telling the world how great your service is? Why not spend the advertising money on improving your services and make your claims come true?
