Suddenlink - Dishonesty
I switched from direct to suddenlink! I was quoted a promotional price of $55. Afterwards, I received a bill for $155! I asked them to pull the call log which is recorded & honor what I was told! However, they refused! How do I speak to Management, not Retrntion!
