i have several services bundled; i dont care if i have to separate and pay different service providers for each service i am sick of suddenlink. having to wait 2 weeks to get a technician out to my home to address a problem is ridiculous. I live in Pineville LA and when i call customer service am connected to people in Dallas who say they cannot connect me with local representatives.

Upgraded to a 1000mbps account and am only getting 260-280ish mbps. "Up to" means a reasonable margin of data loss to account for equipment and such. This is usually no more than 50-100mbps. 800-999 mbps is acceptable. 25% of what I am paying for is not. This is false advertisement and a misleading representation of their data speeds.
