Over the past month have been dealing with Suddenlink who literally has the worst customer service of any company I have EVER dealt with. My internet service was out for 3 weeks and I have spent numerous hours waiting to speak with customer service.

When I have spoken to customer service they have done everything possible to NOT give credit, they have not followed through with anything they have told me they were going to take care of, and they are highly resistant to allowing you to speak to a supervisor. I managed to speak to one but have since found out he didn't follow through with anything he told me...so my advice RECORD YOUR CALLS!

Find a different service provider! They are the WORST!

the sound on my service blinks on and off and you might get 15 interuptions in a minute.......sometimes more, sometimes fewer. I have called repeatedly and they reset the modems and routers, on their side and mine (boxes) to no avail. They sent a repairman out once and he couldn't solve the problem so they didn't send another. My internet does the same thing. and you have to restart or refresh your online game constantly

We have had many outages with this company! I spent the day trying to deal with no phone, no cell, no internet. Try that sometime! The service is unreliable at best! I will NEVER go back to this company!

There are countless adjectives to describe Suddenlink customer service/support system. ALL OF THEM BAD!! What a sad way to run a multi billion dollar busines. I regret the day we retained their services. If you do not have Suddenlink services and do not have to deal with their "sham" of a customer service center consider yourself LUCKY. If you do have their service then I pity you as I pity myself for the COUNTLESS hours I spend on the phone with them addressing issues.

Suddenlink in San Angelo, Texas - Billing error and rude CSRs

Suddenlink changed billing systems and, as a result, did not draft an autopayment on time and are now telling me I have an overdue amount. Different CSRs have told me different things and one was so rude he does not belong in customer service. They apparently have NO way to contact management with a complaint.

Suddenlink in Victoria, Texas - Refuses to disconnect at my several requests

I went in office turned in equipment, asked to cut it off. Never did when I found this out I called , complained and no apology, no refund, and still two weeks later will not cut off! I’m thinking of taking a police officer in with me and a news team and asking them again to disconnect this service in front of them. I donor have a personal video or photo but I know they have it on their camera in office and if they record calls as I do and they say they do they can hear me ask again. They won’t cut my service and are forcing me to pay for a service I don it want! I feel this is theft , what about you all!
