Don’t bother with suddenlink, the download speed is an average of 3-6mbps. I can’t even play a video game online because I get disconnected from the match every time I try. Even buying better equipment can’t fix the garbage internet service. Worst part is the neighborhood is zone to them so I can’t switch to a decent company. Must be the only way they have customers.

Calling customer service for technical support is a joke. The ONLY way to speak to a real person is to lie and say that you want to upgrade services, then tell the person that answers to transfer you to the right department. By the time I talk to a person, I’m a *** because I’m irritated at thenoperating systems.
