Suddenlink - TERRIBLE
The only thing worse than the channels offered is the terrible customer service. Bill is over $100 for cable only and does not include any premium channels. If I only had to pay when cable is working, they would owe me. Impossible to speak to a real person. Worst cable company ever.
Suddenlink in Charleston, West Virginia - My internet has been out for 3 weeks. They come and try to fix it. It works for an hour and they never seem to do much! Knly thing they have done was change my router!
I have called around nine times. And of course everytime they send someone out, it takes several days. My son has to gonto McDonald's to do his momework!! Im tires and wanting to move to a different company,!
Suddenlink in Saint Joseph, Missouri - They are the most vile.
They have a customer service line. Why, I'm not sure. The company itsself is unobliging and the moet inconvenient of companies I've dealt with. Their service lacking from technical provisions all the way to how they handle complaints. Use anybody else. Really any well trained monkey with foil and an incoming phone line is a more capable of providing all "services" they claim to provide.

Suddenlink in Tyler, Texas - They canceled appointment after not showing up
Over a week with no service the line is down across the street. Suddenlink was scheduled to fix today and didn't show I called again and now have to wait 8 more days for them to come fix and poor customer support every time I call today was last straw i am going to check for different providers
