My cable box went out and in order for Suddenlink to come to my house to change out their BAD EQUIPMENT, They CHARGE $50.00 Its their EQUIPMENT why should I have to pay ???????$50.00???????????????????really ???

I had to drive all the way across town and pick up a new box What a horrible company.. its your fault not mine your equipment was bad.............Your company is a rip off scammers You keep this up you will have no customers.. Some people have no other provider but I do....I will tell everyone I know do not use Suddenlink..

ever........Worst company I have ever done business with!!!!!!!!!!you will have no customers if you keep this up

This is how to speak to a live person.

Step one, call suddenlink and wait for main menu options.

Step two, go to billing.

Step three, when they ask if your street address is correct say NO.

Step four, when they ask you to enter a social number enter a FAKE number.

Step five, they will ask for a 4 digit pin.

Say "I don't know." The automated system will not be able to continue and you will be given options to speak to REAL HUMANS!!!!I hope that helps.
