Wrong TNC billing wrong. Stopped letting me log in to pay bill.
said they don't show me as authorized. Hummm I had it installed, I paid the bills until they blocked me then added fees for late payment and finally disconnected for three month. Took another three months to get rid of the high reconnect fee. Never have gotten rid of the late fees.
Billing department is dishonest and criminal in my opinion. Their installation tech was very ignorant of what he was doing. I am a network pro and have been since before the so called internet. Electrical engineer.
A company with the worst Customer Service I have seen in ages. Avoid them at all costs.
