Their service bites they have sent out a tech to check the equipment and everything is fine, yet my Internet speed drops constantly. When we call in they say they have no idea what the problem is, trying to run a business with their service is an effort in futility.

If they had to reimburse every single one of their customers I bet they would figure out the problems. How companies can stay in business when they provide sub par service is beyond me.

The bad part is they are the better of the two companies that provide Internet service in this area. More like a monopoly if you ask me, you have choice A which is Suddenlink or choice be wich is actually worse.
