I came home today to find all of my HD channels not working I will add that I payed for these channels multiple time that's right I got charged 5 times for what should have been one payment then it said the channels were invalid and I need to pay for them again may I add the non HD channels have such a small blurry picture it is almost impossible to see

They rip me off all the time.Every month a different price. I've been with this company 4yrs, and my bill has been anywhere between $170 and $ 220 a month. There's only two of us .we have two tvs and are hardly home. *** you would be better off to have the cable shutoff. Wait a week and turn it back on in the someone else'sname. At least you would be on a contract.

I have had problem viewing my online account. The rep set up a new one to add paperless billing. I cannot access it, only showslast yearsbilling. Now my new bill has my last named spelled wrong. It has taken 3weeks to get this far. I am canceling phone service and staying with cell! I have had enough runaround with employees who cannot figure it out!
