Downgraded my service and it is also as high now as before. Can't call wait time 20 min.+ call back disconnects when I answer, usually 4 hrs later.

Suddenlink in Gladewater, Texas - Frustrated customer as well

My bill has gone up 3 times in 3 months i called in December, January and last week and keep getting the run around and different stories as to why my bill went up. I asked to speak to a supervisor and i was told there was not one available and wanted to know why i wanted to speak to a supervisor and i told the lady well gee i dont know maybe you keep giving me the run around and you just told me that my bill could go up again. My internet and phones work only half of the time. My cable works a little better. But several of us posted to them on Facebook because we had issues with them over the phones. Please help us.

SL used to be awesome in service and customer support. It appears things changed when Alltice acquired SL in 2015.

It has taken this long for both to suffer locally. It's unfortunate but I'm looking elsewhere for internet access.

I might even settle for smart phone access only. I'm old enough to remember life w/out the internet so it won't be the end of the world.
