After having Suddenlink cable and Internet service in my home in College Station, Texas for three years I decided to search other options. It was very easy to determine that I was paying way too much for substandard channel selection bundled with Internet.

I called Suddenlink to cancel the service and the lady on the phone was completely rude although I was being very nice.

Made me lose all doubt about whether I was making the right choice and because of the poor attitude, poor channel selection and premium pricing I would never ever go back to Suddenlink again. Mainly because of the poor attitude.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of suddenlink customer care. Suddenlink needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
