My bill has increased 3 times in 6 months. I am now paying nearly $200.00 and i do notvreceive premium channels. The unavailability of other competitive cable companies have allowed Suddenlink to "nickle and dime" customers, including enforcing a $1.00 a month fee for paler statements, which incidentally I do not receive. I am researching other options.

Suddenlink has the worst service. The channels are pixelated, frozen screens, and no voice. Just was on hold for 26 minutes to have ding dong tell me to change the channel. And that solved the problem how??? Thanks for nothing! Keep increasing my rate and the service keeps getting worse.
