Suddenlink - AWFUL SERVICE AND IDIOTS ON CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
My service has never worked and the so called customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I would recommend never even considering Suddenlink for cable. I will be cancelling.

Suddenlink - Receiver of high price poor return service.
They eliminate channels after sale it gas a package. They replace with "C" rated broadcast. They re-number channels multiple times. They force "platforms" on to consumers to make more money for *** service, and most importantly out of touch company officers . they offer unlimited service/data plans only to later reduce speed and force limited data, but will again give more data for more money.

Suddenlink - Terrible Performance
The cable service is absolutely terrible. HD channels constantly freeze up or have distorted picture. It seems to happen most frequently on major sports events like the NBA Finals and US Open. I switched to Suddenlink from Direct TV, and it was the biggest mistake I ever made. I even have service disruptions when it rains, which really shouldn't happen with cable. I'll be switching back soon.
