Suddenlink - My experience was actually professional until today.

I called to cancel service b/causr I moved out of service area, spoke with Tanner from Lubbock, he was very unprofessional. Told me he could not cancel service without access code. Bery flippant. Refused to transfer me to a supervisor. I hung up, then he calls back to assist me woth cancellation and starts to argue with about his rudeness. Told him I would get someone else to assist me.
