On phone making simple payment changes. Call was dropped. Called back and waded thru lengthy menu. Switched over to auto pay to avoid 10.00 payment charge that they charge for using an agent. Computer kicked me back to a new agent half way thru proccess. Agent could not waive 10.00 fee even though their system kicked me out. Very frustrating service. I lost an hour of life over easy *** ***.

The only thing worse than their service is their customer service. I wrote a review on their survey; they send a guy out to "fix" my service. Congratulations it is worse now than before. I would be better of running my computer off my phone; I would have more reliable service.

I posted a response 2 weeks ago and they said they would credit my bill. For one, the credit amount was terrible because I've paid more for crappy service. Secondly, the so called credit they sent me still hasn't been added to my account nor is there any trace of it. If you have a choice in providers, choose the latter. Sudden link is the worst! I miss my old provider!
