I had ezpay for years. Called to change credit card number and got no results. Was put on hold for 20 min. and ended up being 65 min. No Results!! Set up call back , No Results. I went to office, standing room only, waited and waited, No Public Restroom and had to leave. Dealing with Suddenlink is frustrating to say the least. To this day and time I have not gotten any communication from them !! Now I am past due on my account. Please, honestly, tell me how I can get in touch with Suddenlink on my first call and after and get good results.

Canceled within a week after paying for service to be installed but no one showed up nor did i get an explanation, waiting almost a month now for my refund and still no answers . "Corporate" promise to give me a call to review my claim but well guess what nothing. Calling customer care is a joke , youll be on the phone for an hour or more, dont bother with this company in general you will not get what you ask for. They dont deserve even one star

There are countless adjectives to describe Suddenlink customer service/support system. ALL OF THEM BAD!! What a sad way to run a multi billion dollar busines. I regret the day we retained their services. If you do not have Suddenlink services and do not have to deal with their "sham" of a customer service center consider yourself LUCKY. If you do have their service then I pity you as I pity myself for the COUNTLESS hours I spend on the phone with them addressing issues.

TV off 7 days during up grade & was told I would get credit but never did. Called to check and was not pleased with answer & asked to speak to management & was told they would have them call me was the only way to speak to them. Still no calls from first time in Sept. or 2nd. time 2 days ago. I guess the only way to get anything done is report them to the public service comm. & the Attorney General office.

Details
It all start when you enter their building you see very long line of waiting everyday. Waiting time range between 2-3 hours, and you can't schedual an appointment. You have to be at the building and standing since they only have few chairs. I tries searching for other internet service provider because I am sick of their bad service, but it turns out they are they only one that contol most of the town. So you really stuck with them and that really a sad thing. Hopefully they see my complaint and fix this issue.
